The post company will take the package to your address a maximum of twice. If you cannot deliver it, you will be notified by email that you have 15 days to go to your local office to pick up the order. For this you only need your name and the order number that was sent to you by email. If after 15 days the order has not been claimed by the customer, Applesphera is not responsible for the situation of the shipment (neither for the Premium shipments), and it must be the client that manages with the Post Office like recovering it, if possible.
