I have received a defective product / I have not received what I have ordered

If the item received by the customer is defective, it will be replaced by one in correct condition.

If a product other than that ordered by the customer is mistakenly delivered from Applesphera, it will be removed and the correct product will be delivered to you at no additional charge to the buyer.

HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU ARE IN ONE OF THESE SITUATIONS

Once the item has been received, the customer must record on the delivery note if he notices any indication that the package has been hit or may have any damage.

The customer must review your item and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. After this time,Applespherayou will not be liable for this product or any damages you may have.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The customer is responsible for contacting us through the contact form of our website, or through the email info@applesphera.com for the first 24 hours after receiving the shipment. You must inform us of the reason for the return, attaching photos that justify it (defective or erroneous product).

The item must retain all original accessories and packaging. Inno case will accept a product poorly packaged or other than the original, incomplete or sealed in the box of the same product.

Once Applesphera confirms that the product received by the customer is defective or erroneous, another of the same reference will be sent.Due to the characteristics of the items we sell, if it is sold out, the customer will have the possibility to exchange it for another or to refund their money.

Applesphera will not accept the return if any of the above conditions are violated.
